Payment Terms & Conditions

Payments can be made in a variety of ways, including bank transfer, cheque, cash, or through our merchant gateway providers, we do not have access to your credit/debit card or bank account details ourselves and do not require that you provide us personally with your billing details. If we deem a refund is necessary, then we will have to ask you for payment details to do this.

Deposits

It is often required that you pay a percentage deposit for any design and/or development work that we agree to start, this is non-refundable. The remaining balance is required upon completion of the work.

We arrange all our design & development work on a personal level with each of our customers, so we will discuss the relevant details with you when you contact us and we find out about your requirements.

Commencement of services & cancellations

Once your account is active and services have been commenced your contract is considered to be concluded and you are not usually entitled to a refund.
